SUBSTITUTION POLICY - Please note : Photos represent the overall theme and style of our arrangements. While the actual bouquet may vary due to seasonal or market availability, we will maintain the design’s spirit, color palette, and value. Substitutions may be made with flowers or containers of equal or greater value. For specific requests, include notes at checkout or contact us directly.
  • Do we offer same day delivery? 

We do offer same day delivery as long as the order is placed before 4:00 pm PST. 

  • Do we promise delivery time?

We can not promise an exact delivery time due to many circumstances that may change, we can however work within a time frame if accepted by the florist, must email or contact us to have the time frame accepted.

  • What time do we start and end delivery?

We start all deliveries at 11:00 am and the final round of deliveries leave as late as 7:00 pm
